Returns Exchanges and warranty

Puddlegear raingear has a one year limited warranty.  

Exchanges are NO Problem. Returns are no problem

Some exceptions apply....

Customer returns the gear to Puddlegear and Puddlegear will ship the new suit back to the customer.  Customer must notify Puddlegear by email within two weeks of receipt in order to make an exchange or return.  all enquiries after two weeks of receipt will be at Puddlegear's descresion.  

Mittens Do not qualify for free return/ exchange shipping.

Hats are not returnable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons

 

Warranty Limited to manufacturers defects.  Which are heat sealed seams, zippers, pops and fabric flaws (not rips) 

The gear must not have been put in the dryer.  

Tears are not covered

Puddlegear is no longer distributing for Abeko or Ocean

All returns and exchanges should be directed to Ocean Abeko in Denmark as of January 2015
